We raise calves for 20-24 months until they are ready for beef processing. The calves spend about 8 months with their mothers and spend the summer months grazing in green pastures, free from hormones and feed additives. They are then finished on grain and silage with no antibiotics in the feed and no hormones added.
They are then certified butchered and processed by Smucker's Meats of Mount Joy where they are aged for tender meat, then prepared, vacuum packed, and frozen and available in our freezer for purchase.
Choose from a variety of steaks, roasts, burger, patties, all- beef hot dogs, chipped steak, beef cubes, hot sticks and jerky. Quarters of beef are also available for those who want a larger quantity.

Fresh Eggs
Get fresh white eggs produced right here on the farm from our own chickens who live in a healthy environment.
Most eggs are processed by Sauder's Eggs of Lititz Pa. On occasion eggs are supplemented from other local farms too. All chicken and eggs are cared for under strict standards that are mandated by food safety requirements. Brown and free range eggs from local farms are also offered.
